Printing Problems

When using Microsoft Word or Publisher, I am having a problem when it comes
to printing. I want to print a booklet (Church Program) The Font is fine but
when its printed the Font is too small. (you can bearly read) can someone
tell me how to correct this.

Assuming no scaling is applied, then perhaps you need to increase the font
size. If you have the Zoom ratio set above 100%, it may appear larger on
your screen than when printed. Print Preview will show you what to expect.

Thanks Suzanne, but I do use the print preview and that looks great, but when
the paper is printed the print is too fine.. I have increase my font but that
doesn't help either. Any other idea of what this could be?

Look in the printer Properties and see if any scaling options are applied.
