Windows 7 Printing Problem

We have a Windows 2008 R2 box with 64 & 32 bit drivers on it. I'm having trouble with the Windows 7 32bit machines installing the 32bit print driver. The error message'A POLICY IS IN EFFECT ON COMPUTER THAT AFFECTS YOU CONNECTING TO PRINT QUEUE'.

The XP or Vista machines are not having trouble installing the 32bit drivers only Windows 7.

The current workaround is to install the drivers locally works, however, we prefer to push the print drivers to all our users.

Any ideas?
