HELLO OUT THERE, HOPEFULLY SOMEONE CAN HELP ME OUT... THE INK LEVELS IN MY
PRINTER (BOTH COLOR AND B/W) ARE 50% AND ABOVE. WHEN I TRY TO PRINT MY WORD
DOC. (OR ANYTHING ELSE) I AM ONLY GETTING B/W PRINT6S AND COPIES TOO. WHAT
COULD BE WRONG? ANY SUGGESTIONS? IT WORKED FINE YESTERDAY. @#$^@^$&!!!!

LOTS AND LOTS OF WORK TO DO
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Three places to look:

1. On the Print tab of Tools | Options, make sure you don't have "Draft
output" checked.

2. On the Compatibility tab of Tools | Options, make sure you don't have
"Print colors as black on noncolor printers" checked.

3. In the printer Properties, see if there is any setting that might affect
this.

Also, note for next time that typing in ALL CAPS in a newsgroup post is
considered SHOUTING.

No need to SHOUT! If all prints from all applications are black and white
the printer probably has a head blockage. If the printer has cartridges that
inlude the print heads replace the cartridge. If not (Epson) and cleaning
the heads doesn't work, you will probably need a new printer.

The printer driver will have a head cleaning/checking utility.
