Printing Problem!!!with Japanese characters!!!

Dear All

I am using Excel 2003 and Win XP. At times, i have to print some excel
spreadsheets that contains Japanese characters... To print them, I
activated a program that would translate these characters into proper
Japanese characters... When I view them on screen, they are absolutely
perfect... all characters would be the right Japanese characters...
However, the problem start if I print them... the printout would
contain some rubbish which is neither japanese characters nor computer
language.... does anyone out there be able to solve this problem? i
would really appreciate any advice...

in addition... i have also tried other translating program and the sam
thing would still happen... I have also tried printing them from
japanese based windows but still the problem happen... the strang
thing is that i can print them from only this computer that is runnin
on english windows 97 or 98... is the windows version really th
reason for all these problems... if so is there any way that i ca
overcome them so that i can print it off my computer which is using x
n excel 2003...?
