Printing / Printer Issue

We recently purchased a printer to site by our receptionist. It is having
problems printing reports from access that other printers have had no problem
printing.

Most reports it prints a blank page between each sheet. Sometimes when you
preview a report, the preview runs great, but when you try to print to this
printer, it says there is a subreport missing. All reports work perfectly
with the other printers in the office. Any suggestions on fixing this
besides buying a new printer.
