Printing Phone Numbers from Outlook

DL's don't contain phone numbers. They contain only names and electronic
addresses.
 
OK. Is there another way to create a group of contacts in Contacts or my
Address Book that would allow me to select names and phone numbers for
printing?

Sure. The easiest way to customize Contact printout is to use a mail merge:
