Printing page 1 only (or any specific page) in Outlook 07

Could anyone please tell me how to print page one only in Outlook 07. All I
can find is print even or odd.....I only want page 1 or any other page # I
may want.
 
This functionality was later introduced with a separate update and is
included in Office 2007 Service Pack 2 which is available now.

Where is it hiding? I'm running SP2 (build 12.0.6425.1000), and still see
only the choices of Odd or Even.

Actually, it's build 12.0.6504.5000.

You just installed it? Did you install all the updates available and reboot?
It is included in SP2.

Yes I did. I also just found it on the print window. Down in the lower left
corner, page range.
