printing outlook form as displayed

i need to remove my signature when printing an outlook form.

When p rinting, i initially had the problem where the fields names (along
w/what was entered) would print in a column, instead of a print shot as the
actual form displayed--although it works for me, it does not work for other
users. What are my options so that all users can print the same as myself.

Outlook has no native ability to print a custom form layout with the data arranged as it appears on a custom page. If you're getting that on your printouts, then you must have some tool installed, such as XPrint, to provide that capability. Other people who don't have that tool would see the normal print layout.
