printing out validation text

I would like to print out all of the validation text and list in my
spreadsheet for each tab. Is there a way to do that?
 
I'm afraid you are in the wrong place.

This group is for Microsoft Access.

As you posted a spreadsheet question in a Microsoft group, I can only assume
your are using Microsoft Excel.

For Microsoft Excel questions, try asking your question in one of the 17
Excel groups that all start with microsoft.public.excel.
