printing onto black paper?

You don't, unless you have a white ink cartridge in your printer.

Print a black background and set text color to white, print on white paper.
(Put text in a table, set shading to black)
After printing cut of the white edges...

If you have a plain, everyday, home printer - you can't.
 
....and be prepared to change black ink cartridges with frequency, and have
some really good soap handy, because that stuff really stains your hands.
