Printing only selected labels

Lori

We have many sheets of pre-typed labels that are used over and over
again. Can you print only selected labels on a sheet in Word?
In WordPerfect, each label on a page is set up to be it's own page
number, so you could click Print and then select to print a particular
label using it's page number and it would only print that label. Any
ideas would be appreciated.

You should probably convert the labels to a mailmerge datasource and then
just merge the labels that you want to print

You can print a single page of merged labels using the section number for
the page. To print a single label, you must temporarily delete the contents
of the other labels on the page (if you don't have bar codes, you can
accomplish the same thing by coloring all the text white).

We are converting people from WordPerfect 2000 and in that
program you can print labels by the page number. So you
can print labels that are not on the same page of the
label document either continuous or not. Our users save
labels to reprint on sheets of 5267 labels over and over
again but print the same labels for different purposes
over the time of a case. If any of that information helps.
