I would like to provide Notes Pages for students usign my presentations as
distant learning CBTs. Is there a way I can export the notes page to Word or
set up a notes "show" so to speak. I'm looking for a way for someone to
print the notes pages without haveing to use PowerPoint\Print\Notes iew etc.
I am using Office 2003. The end user (student) would be on a different
computer miles away from the LAN this will be saved on.

Try this for starters:

Open the presentation, choose File, Send to Word.
Experiment with the various options.

Another approach is to use PDFs. If you have Acrobat or one of the other
products that makes PDFs, print from PowerPoint, choose Notes Pages instead of
Slides and make PDFs. Students can use the free Acrobat Reader to view and
print the documents.

Print to PDF is the EXACT thing I need. Can you point me in a direction on
that. I'm thinking its "Print to File" - but not sure.

Thanks!

Scratch that last request for more help - I figured it out. Got Acrobat
installed and I'm off and runnin - Thanks again!

This was timely. I ran into thing and needed to save the notes view of ppt.!
Great and helpful discussion group. I'm definitely impressed.
