Printing multiple mailing labels for one record

Hi all

I am able to print 16 different records on one label sheet
of 2 columes x 8 rolls (total 16 labels on A4 paper), but
I don't know how to print 16 identical labels for a single
record on one label sheet.

Can someone help?

1. Create another table with just one field of type Number.

2. Enter 16 rows, e.g. the numbers 1 to 16.

3. Create a query containing both this number table and the one that has the
data for the labels. Make sure there is no join between the 2 tables (i.e.
no line joining them in the upper pane in query design view).

4. Use this query as the RecordSource for your label report.

For an explanation of how it works and how to expand the idea for other
situations, see:

That work, thank you. But it involves many steps. Will
visit your suggested site to learn more skill.

Meantime, next question - fail to use label wizard to
creat label.

I use the make label wizard
chosen the Recordsource, then NEXT
chosen the label brand and model number, then NEXT
return me a blank mssg box, then NEXT
return me an error mssg box words as follows:
Your font size is too big, the label won't show any
characters lines, try using smaller font size.

Than I press PREVIOUS or NEXT and is lead to nowhare.

What has gone wrong?
