printing multiple attachments in office 2003 isnt working

I had a call this mornign about printing several attachments at once using outlook 2003

i did what microsoft said only to find out when i clicked print it said soemthign about open html or something liek that and when i clicked ok everything closes out....


NEED HELP....ive looked over the net and have found nothing
