We have contacts with multiple addresses. We would like to print an address
book that will identify each address. ex. Office, Warehouse etc. Can this be
accomplished? How?

We are using Outlooks 2003 as part of our Small Businees Server 2003 package

Our wish is to have a printed directory that is set up the way outlooks does.
The mail merge option completely changes the format. Is there any other
option that would work?

Rather hard to say since you've conveyed no clear indication of what you
want to do.
Mail merges provide far more flexibility in creating printouts than trying
to print one of the Outlook views. That's why we all use them.
