Printing mulitple pages -lines disappear

I am printing a word document where there are lines. When printing only one
page it prints fine. But I need 5 copies of this page. When it prints, the
first copy shows the lines, but all the other pages the lines are not on
those copies. Does anyone know what is happening here and how to fix?

Does this happen with only one particular document or with any document
(under the circumstances that you described)?
