Printing locally from a RDP session

I am connecting to a 2003 server via RDP. I have the print driver installed
on the local XP machine and the remote 2003 server. When I login to the
server via RDP the local printer shows up on the server as a remote session
printer as it should. When I try to print it fails. Both print ques are
showing the job trying to print over and over again, but nothing ever prints.
It just keeps showing up as an error in the que. The local printer is
connected to LPT1. I have tried to reinstall install the driver. Everything
looks good until I print. As I said, the job shows up in both ques.

Thanks

If the job shows up in both ques, I would double check if you have correct or latest driver on both computers. Also any errors in the event viewer?
