Please help I need to know how to print labels without loosing my data. I am
operating our of Microsoft Access 97 version. And the help key is not
working.

Thanks

You should have a "Label" wizard in your reports object section. See if you
can find that.

I apologize, I no longer use the 97 Version, I'm on '03 and don't have that
option. You should be able to just follow the prompts and it'll create your
labels for you. You need a table that contains the fields and data that you
want to appear on the label and I would recommend basing the Report off a
Query that way you can parse which records you want to print labels for.
Hope that helps.
