printing issue

When i click on print the system automatically shutdowns
why is that? I am using windows xp and printer is xerox
workcenter 125f. Please help me.
Operating system:Windows xp
Printer:Xerox workcenter 125f

This usually indicates a bad print driver conflicting with XP. Since the
system turns off this would indicate something at the kernel level. I am
assuming you have looked on the Xerox site for the latest drivers for this
device.
