Printing inserted boxes, etc.

I am new to Word 2007. I have a page to print with boxes inserted as well
as page numbers at the top. When I go to print preview/print, the boxes
aren't there. Instead it says {FormCheckBox} where each box should be. Help!

Click the Office button, and then click Word Options. Click the Advanced
category. Under "Print," clear the option to "Print field codes instead of
their values" and click OK.
