Hello.

Sorry I am being a pain tonight, and thanks for everyones help so far
with my questions.

I just have one more quick question about printing.

In Excel you can set the print area, and then you can go to page set
up where you can sort out your margins and headers etc, and also
specify to fit the selection to the page, and also to center on page
horizontally and vertically.

Is there a way to do something similar to this with Access? At the
moment my form doesn't center on the page vertically of horizontally.

I can reduce the size of it which is a little big in my printers
settings, but there's no option for the placement in there.

Thanks for any help

John

John,

Printing a form isn't really intended to produce aesthetically pleasing
reports. Ideally, you should create a report in your Microsoft Access
program that displays the record information. Using a report, you can
adjust the margins, font, header size, and set a specific printer to
use for each report.

Best regards,

Todd Shillam
