Printing in Word 2007

When printing envelopes in Word 2007, the letters print as symbols, of course
making no sense to anyone expecting English. Any suggestions?
 
On the Envelope dialog there is an options button. Click on this then on the
appropriate font button.
 
I have to do this every time I want to print an envelope - is there no way of
setting it up to print correctly every time automatically?
