Printing in Excel

I have data in 8 pages of an Excel spreadsheet but 16 pages print. How do I
stop from printing the last 8 blank pages? Blank except for the custom
heading I created.

are you setting your print area?

Highlight what you actualy want to print, go to the file menu and choose
print area and then set print area.

Your problem, most likely, is in the way you have done the page setu
for each sheet. Under FILE>PAGESETUP>PAGE in the middle of the dialo
is a section "Scaling" here you can adjust the size of the print, s
that each page fits on 1 page wide x 1 Tall. You will need to do thi
for each page. See if this helps.

Set the "print area" to include only the cells of first 8
pages. Or in "Print" dialogue box choose pages 1-8.
