Printing HTML email from Outlook

this is an odd one that's only come up on one of my user's machines...

when printing an HTML email, with nothing other than default settings, it
always results in this message:

Line 1334
Char 1
Error Invalid Argument
Code 0
URL res://C:\\WINNT\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

and fails to print... has anyone got a solution for this, please? so far
I've been unable to replicate the behaviour on other machines

I started having exactly the same problem last week on one of my machines.
If you change the e-mail to plain text format, it prints fine. Otherwise I
get the line 1344, char 1 error. Second request for help.

I had this problem on a clients machine when try to print HTML
formatted emails and web pages. It was occuring because the printer
selected in internet explorer (> file > page setup > printer), was the
label printer, I set this to the default laser printer, and it is now
printing ok without errors. Worth a try before you go down the usual
long MS route!!
