When I try to print an email in MS Outlook 2003 I am
getting the following message:

Line: 1344
Char: 1
Error: Unspecified Error
Code: 0
res://C:\WINNT\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

see if changing your default message format to plain text before you try to
print helps.
there should be no print preview of html email (preview.dlg indicates it is
trying a preview)
so I'm not sure what is going on.

How do I change this setting?

Should be tools then options then mail format tab. At top
there is a dropdown list and has HTML, Rich Text and
Plain Text.

Hope this helps.

solved: res://C:\WINNT\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

This problem can be solved by disabling "third party browser extensions" in the advanced settings under properties of Internet Explorer. Close IE, restart, navigate to the page that did not print and reprint. This fix should also solve the Outlook Express or Outlook problem. Those two email clients share some settings with Internet Explorer.
