printing grid lines when grid lines is checked

I am unable to print grid lines on my P.C. it is part of a network - all
other P.C's do print the lines - My one only prints the outer borders - it
has to be a setting - I have tried the grid check box in page setup but it
dosn't work

Could it be that you have a fill color applied to your print area--even if you
used a white fill, that would be trouble.

You could remove the fill color ("No Fill") or maybe you could add borders to
the cells you want.
