Printing from Word Perfect

The only way I can get my Word Perfect document to print is by sending it to
print and then logging out of the computer. As soon as you hit "shut down",
it will start printing. How can I correct this?

Shut Windows down. Restart. After it has started, navigate to the spooler
directory. Delete all files found there. Start Word Perfect. Try to print
a document.

Also, check the word Perfect news groups. They are hosted in Corel's
servers.

Hmmm. I meant to include the location of the spool directory. It is
usually
c:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS. Adjust the path if your Windows
directory is differently located.
