printing from Windows Mail

If I try to print from Windows mail, I get a default width of document that
exceeds 8.5 in. I cannot find the way to correct that default margin.

If logged on as a different user, the default margin is set correctly to 8.5
in.
If printing from other soft (words), margin is set properly.
Printer set up is correct, only Windows Mail for my login account is off.
