Printing from my wireless laptop

I am having trouble with my laptop that is wireless. I have made sure that
the printer that is connected to my desktop is shared, on my laptop I have
added the printer, and it says that it is ready but it won't print. Can
someone please help me?
 
might look in your Services and verify the Print Spooler is running.
