printing FP docs pasted into Word

I've got several clients who paste FrontPage created
documents into Word and then edit them. Tables within the
documents frequently fail to print all their contents,
although they display OK on the screen. For instance, the
gray box at
http://www1.dshs.wa.gov/esa/eazmanual/Sections/Residency.ht
m might not print all its contents. Printing is on an HP
LJ but it seems to happen regardless of the printer.

Any advice?

Try modifying your styles (especially the margins for lists)
