printing forwarded messages with attachments

I want to print an email that was forwarded to me with attachments. I want
the printout to include the attachment ICON, NOT to print the attachment in
its entirety.

when I print preview the email, the attachment icons appear as though they
would print with the rest of the email, but then they don't print when it
comes off the printer.

any suggestions as to how I can get the icons to print inside the email?

Outlook 2000

P.S. - A different computer in same org. using older version of Outlook
prints the icons inside the email.
