Printing Error A Runtime Error has Occurred Do you Wish to Debug?

Using Win XP and Office/Outlook 2003 updates are current. When the user
tries to print he gets a runtime error referenced above in the subject line.
It occurrs on line 2020, it also says Unspecified Error.

I created a new outlook profile for the user but had the same problem.
I created a new windows profile and configured outlook but had the same
problem.
I logged in as myself and configured outlook and I was able to print to the
same printer without a problem.

The user is an administrator on the machine as am I. Please provide
solution if anyone has encountered this problem. Thank you.

This is probably a Windows setting, not Outlook. Open Internet Options in
Control Panel, Advanced tab and uncheck 'Display script errors' and the
option to Debug. I don't have the exact wording, but you can go through the
list and select or uncheck the relevant ones.
