Printing Emails

When I go to the sent items folder in my email and I print a email that I
previously sent the attachments that were sent with that email do not print
out? I would like for the attachments to show when I print out a copy for my
files.
 
Change the format to Rich Text before you print. That should show the icon
and name of the attachment in the body.
 
For some reason when I go to Format on my toolbar nothing is available for me
to use. I can't pick anything. Any ideas?

I really do have to ask - you DO realise that Outlook is a FAR FAR superior
filing method than any paper-based one , don't you?
 
HaHaHa Tell that to the attorneys that I work for. They don't trust
computers to keep our paper trail, and we need a paper trail for our cases.
 
Have your employers never heard of backups???
FYI to change the format of an email, click the reply or forward button,
then change the format and print it.
