printing email - get error

I can print from other programs; however, when I go on AOL
and try to print my email, I get following:
Internet Explorer Script Error
Line 228
Char 1
Error Incompatible version of the RPC stub
Code 0
URL res.//C:\Windows\System]SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg

uninstalled and installed printer, checked on printer
driver, got latest version of IE - any other suggestions?

check settings in printer properties when printer window
pops up. there might be something in properties.
