printing document outline

Is there anyways to print only the outline of a document, besides inserting a
table of content?

If you are in Outline View, and you set it to only show headings, it will
print what you see. You cannot go into Print Preview, however, or you will
get the entire document.

I think there is one other limitation, but can't remember it....
