Printing Custom Form

I designed a custom form. We will need to print them. When I print it, it
is just an alphabetical list. How do I choose the order that the fields
print? And what about check boxes etc - how do I get those to show up when
we print the form?

I tried print screen as an option, but my form is more than one screen long
so we don't get the whole form. Printing it that way is also not very easy
to read.

Thank you to anyone who can help.

Will a new version of your book be published in the coming months to include
OL2003 content specific to this issue? Could you comment if MS wants users
to migrate custom form printing needs to some other app like InfoPath or
SharePoint? More than a little lost about this...thanks in advance.

Nothing changed in Outlook 2003 relative to printing forms. InfoPath and
SharePoint don't have any connection to printing Outlook form data, although
they may offer alternative solutions to entire projects that you might have
done in the past with Outlook forms.
