Printing Comments in Word 2002

I want to print the comments page with only the comments, without printing
the fields I'm not using. How can I avoid printing title bars for the fields
that capture changes made to:
-Header and footer comments
-Text Box canges
-Header and footer test box changes
-Footnote changes
-Endnote changes
