Printing Calendar issues in Outlook 2007 - outlook.jpg (0/1)

Further to my other question regarding Outlook calendars, hopefully
attached to this post is a small jpg describing my problem. I don't know
where else to post it.

Note how the heading has the month twice, second time in brackets:

January (January), for example.

Also note how the weekend is lumped together as one day in the grid.

As I work shift work my 'weekends' can be any day or days of the week, so
this presentation of a working week/month is not very relevant to me or my
family for whom I print these calendars.

Thing is when I was running Outlook 2001, I think it was, these issues
were not, well, an issue. OL 2007 has changed that.

I'd like to sort this and other problems with Outlook out. If I can't I'm
looking at reverting to using Palm Desktop for my PIM as well as getting a
PalmOS PDA and dumping my Windows Mobile 6 Smartphone which I bought to
replace an aging Palm PDA and a failed cellphone.

For future reference, its better to reply to your previous post so the
'problem' and additional information is kept in one thread. This newsgroup
does not support attachments. If you don't have a website you can post them
on, there is an Outlook Screen Shots gallery at http://www.xsolive.com/ you
can use.

Printing in Outlook has always been poor; its worse in Outlook 2007. There
is a calendar printing assistant which attempts to address some of the
printing complaints in Outlook 2007 and there are 3rd party tools available.
These are all linked at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp.

Without knowing which view and which print layout you are using I can't
begin to answer the problems, other than you apparently have an alternate
calendar defined. That will cause headers to repeat: "Feb 2008 (Feb 2008)"
