Printing calendar in report

I am looking at how to print a calendar in a report. I am needing an one year
calendar which I can do with by inserting 12 calendar controls and updating
the month and year, etc. Is there a way to streamline this operation? 2
other questions concerning the calendar. Is there a way to shorten the
DayLength to where only the first letter of the day shows? (ie. S M T W T F
S). To get the whole year on the page it needs to be fairly small and the
SUN, MON, TUE, etc. all runs together.

If all that you want on the page is the 12 months for one year, then I can send
you an Excel file that does exactly that. You enter the year and the rest is
automatic.

Thanks. That is what I'm looking for, but thought if there was an easy way
to do it all in Access, I'd would lean that direction. Go ahead and send the
Excel file. flathills[AT]gmail[dot]com will reach me.

The Excel file is showing all Errors starting in the 5th week line in January.
I'm assuming that it is a setting in Excel that isn't right. The error is
"Invaldid Name Error."

Check the equation in A7. It should be:
=IF(A6+7<EOMONTH($I$1,0)-$I$1+2,A6+7,"")
That is the first cell on the sheet that uses the end of month function.
EOMONTH(start date, months). Check your help files to see if your version of
Excel recognizes this function.

If not, you may have to re-install Excel. I am using Office Pro 97. When I
installed Office the first time, I used a standard installation. Many things I
tried to do did not work. I re-installed Excel with a custom install and
checked to install everything for Excel. Still had some problems. 3rd install
was a custom install and everything for Excel, Access, and Word was checked.
No problems since then.
I don't remember checking any of the other programs since I don't use them.

I apologize for not telling you about the installation of Excel when I sent the
file.

Thanks. Things are working great. Playing around with it in a spreadsheet
in Access with the same problem as in Excel, but think it'll be the same fix.
