Printing calendar for only some items

I keep an Outlook calendar on my office machine that is synced with my pocket
PC. However, I have both business and private appointments. Each are
classified by different categories and those items that are 'private' are so
designated by the check box to prevent delegates who can see my schedule from
seeing these items.

I print out my weekly calendar and place it on my door. How do I print a
calendar with ONLY the business related appointments?

Thanks.

Outlook prints what's in the current view. So, to print only some items,
create a view that includes a filter to show only the items you want to
print. Since you've organized them by categories and with Private, that
should be a pretty straightforward task.

Thanks! That did it!

Should be, but isn't for me. So, how do I set a view to leave out the ones
where the Private box is checked in the meeting Options dialogue?

View | Arrange By | Current View | Customize Current View | Filter. The field you want to filter on is Sensitivity.

We can't look over your shoulder. You need to tell us what you actually set as the filter on the Advanced tab of the Filter dialog. It should have been Sensitivity ... Not Equal To ... Private.

These two are not necessarily equivalent:
I want to only business appointments, no personal
appointments or birthdays, etc.
