Printing calendar by catagory

Im interesed in printing my calendar in a list format.
The way it appears on the screen in catagory view. But I
cant keep it from cutting off my message column. I want
to use this to report to different Customers, like a
weekly report for each one. Is there any way to print the
table with a multiline view
