I am attempting to first export a distribution list (group) then print it
out. The group list , however, is not my personal contact list but is a
global list.

When I look on the web site to get solution to my dilemna I find that it
states merely to open my contacts (which, referencing above, it is a global
list rather than my own personal list), then it states to click on the
Microsoft Office button (when I have my Outlook open there is NO Microsoft
Office button up in the left corner like found using Word, Excel.. etc).

Can anyone give me direction as to what I may be doing incorrect or a
solution to my problem?

In Outlook, I'd think the easiest way would be to simply expand out the DL
and select all the addresses it produces and copy it wherever you want.
