Printing addresses on greeting card envelopes

I have Windows XP with hp psc all-in-one printer-scanner-copier. I am using
American Greeting Cards program with Avery 3297 paper & envelopes. The
return & mailing addresses are printed but in the wrong locations. I have
tried inserting the exact measurements through Word Perfect 11, but without
success. Any help will be much appreciated.
 
Start with American Greeting Cards tech support. Check the documentation
for the application for the location of their website. This is entirely
controlled by the interaction of the application with your printer drivers.
Additionally, you may want to check the HP website for updated drivers for
your printer.
