Printing a word 2000 Letter size newsletter on Tabloid size sheet

How do I print a word newsletter laid out as a 12 page
8.5"X11" document on 11"X17" sheets (i.e., Three 11"X17"
sheets front and back - my printer can duplex) to end up
with an 8.5"X11" 12 page booklet style printed piece.
