Printing a saved doc details change to that of a previous document

Printing a saved document; when printed the printout and document on the
screen reverts to old header, footer, front page information etc eg. tender
document template has new Tender Number in the footer and saves accordingly
but when sent to print the saved document changes and prints out an old
tender number, details etc.

I wonder if your printer server is caching print jobs to save time, and
thinks this is the same as an earlier print job. Are you saving before
printing? Saving to a new document name?

Is this a data merge print of some kind, such that it's using old data?

If you choose File - Print Preview, does the document look correct? Can you
print to a different printer or to and Adobe PDF driver instead, and see if
that looks correct?
