Printing A Form

O

Outlooker

I have made several email forms and I can't seem to find a
way to print them as they are displayed when opened in
Outlook. When the form is printed by the recipient it
prints out in the email format and I need it to print out
as it is displayed when opened. Is there any way to do
this or is there an add-in or 3rd party software that will
do this?
Thanks

Have you tried installing XPrint ActiveX Control and Outlook Extension This
allows us to print exactly what you see on the form

Except for the body and recipients. YOu have to use workarounds for those.

Sue or others, we've been content working with the limitations of the XPRINT
for our needs. We have been asked to see if we can get those "TO" and "CC"
fields to print on at least one form in particular -- can you provide an
example of a workaround for that specific task? Thanks.

You can use formula fields, e.g. a custom field with its formula set to
[To].
