Printing a form from Outlook.

I've created a custom form using VB in the Outlook. I am wondering how the
form can be printed in the way that I created instead of just displaying all
fields in alphabetical order, which is difficult to follow.
 
Please try the microsoft.public.outlook NG, as this NG is for BCM questions.
