PFD format is highly compressed. When it goes to the printer it becomes
bitmapped images which take up a lot more space, just like a jpeg
becomes a very large file once it is opened up in a program like
Photoshop, again as a bitmapped image.
Secondly, you need to have a print spooler space (on your hard drive)
that is contiguous and large enough to accommodate the full file size.
The printer cannot spool that much information in its limited RAM
internally.
I would suggest trying to print it in smaller sections.
