printing 63 errors

Hi there,

I am getting often 63 (0x3f) errors on the W2K print server which
eventually require server restart. I have sp4 installed.
"The document Tables.doc owned by johnd failed to print. Win32 error code
returned by the print processor: 63 (0x3f)."
What should I do/configure on the print server? Thanks, Calin

What service pack level is the print server?
What error shows up in the event log of the print server?

Sorry about the delay.
In server application log I have following error 63 message:
"PRINT-SERVER The document Microsoft PowerPoint - abc123 - owned by JohnD
failed to print. Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 63
(0x3f)."
I already applied W2K sp4.
