Printing 1 week in a two page layout

Until I upgraded to Outlook 2003, when I printed using a 2 page per week
layout, two sided, it was smart enough to realize I would want to see the
first half of the week on the left, the second half on the right (so the back
side of the first page in the print was blank). Now, it prints the second
half of the week on the back side of the first half, making it impossible to
see the whole week at a glance.
Any suggestions??? other than manually printing one page at a time?

If I understand your question correctly, here's how I do this:

- From the print dialog box, click the "Page Setup" button
- For "Layout," select "2 pages/week"
- Select the "Paper" tabbie and use "Letter Half" for the page size
- Print this to your printer, double-sided

Using this set up, when I print from January 24 2005 to March 6 2005, I get
3 double-sided sheets. Page 1 (front of sheet 1) says January 24 - January
30 (1/2 on left side and 1/2 on right side), page 2 (back of sheet 1) says
Jan 31 to Feb 6 (again, 1/2 and 1/2), page 3 (front of sheet 2) says Feb 7 to
Feb 13, and so on.

Does that help?

The recommendation Eddie works for 5.5 by 8.5 planners, but I use 8.5 x 11 in
a standard 3 ring binder. I want it to print so that the first three days of
the week are on the left hand side(which would be the back side of the first
sheet), and the next four days are on the right hand side(front side of the
second sheet) - so that when placed in the binder, I can see the whole week
without turning a page.
That is how it worked by default in Outlook 97 and 2000, but now that I've
upgraded to 2003, it prints the first three days on the front side of a
sheet, and the next four days on the backside of the same sheet - just like
you would expect Word or Excel to do with a two sided print.
